Bookings & Payments

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We value your time and ask that you respect ours.

• Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of session or fees

• No refunds will be issued for missed classes or unused sessions

Memberships

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis

• Memberships cannot be paused or transferred

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the next billing date

• Memberships are non-refundable

Health & Safety

By participating in any class or service, you acknowledge that:

• You are physically able to participate in yoga, fitness, or wellness activities

• You understand there are inherent risks involved

• You agree to listen to your body and practice within your limits

• Rise & Refine Hot Yoga is not responsible for injuries or health issues that may arise from participation.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.
